Facilities HVAC and Trades Manager
The Facilities HVAC & Trades Manager is responsible for ensuring that (A) the College's HVAC systems operate efficiently and meet the needs of the institution, and (B) all trades-related tasks are completed in a timely and thorough manner. The role requires prior experience managing operations in a multi-building facility and overseeing a team of employees. This position carries a 24-hour, on-call responsibility to address any issues as they arise.
Job Requirements:
Education Required: Bachelor's degree (or higher) with five years of required experience, or Associate's degree with seven years of required experience or ten years of required experience.
Experience Required: HVAC Technology or equivalent experience and any standard technical certifications (refrigeration, system operation, etc.) Experience supervising tradesmen and working knowledge of the use of tools and various building trades equipment.

Salary: 59,000-78,037 per annum; commensurate with experience. This is a Staff & Chair, Grade 70, 12 month position.
